    Current

I am currently a student at DigiPen Institute of Technology. I am a Senior getting a Bachelor of Science in Game Design.

    About

I was born in Kirkland, WA, and lived in Washington until about 6 when my family moved to Plano, TX. After few years of easy suburban life, we moved to Bandera, TX onto a 200-acre wildlife ranch that become home to 3 horses, 3 buffalo, and several varieties of exotic deer. I was a cowgirl, ranch-living woman.

After selling the ranch, we moved to a tiny Texas town nearby called Medina, which is where I attended and graduated high school with a class of 25 people. It wasn't until my Senior year that I decided what I wanted to do after high school. I sent one application to one college and only one, DigiPen. I was accepted and happily moved back up to Washington in order to pursue the things I love most.

Writing has always been an interest of mine. When I first learned how to write my first words, I put them down on paper together to create little stories. I continued to do this until the stories got bigger and bigger. I have written countless short stories over the years and even one full-size novel. I don't want to write novels though; I want to write games.

Games were not always an interest of mine. It wasn't until middle school that I ever played anything other than a Mario game or Barbie game. The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and Halo completely drew me in. I was shocked and astounded by what was capable in video games and how fun they could be. It wasn't until high school that I really considered gaming a serious hobby. Now, I'm making them a career thanks to those two games.
